Initially i have have had 2 good experiences with Magdalena and her team. But unfortunately this was totally reversed when i called this morning to say that i am extremely ill and would not be able to make it for the pedicure appointment. The lady on the phone said that there will be a penalty 50% for late cancellation! Although i did not cancel , i only asked to postpone it until i feel better. After the receptionist understood and could see it from my voice that i am sick , i received a messages saying that Magdalena said I still have to pay 50% of my treatment despite my sickness. It just seems that this place is not bothered about having loyal customers ..So will not be going back !
What a disappointment after looking at the 4.9 reviews. I really thought I got the right place. I called for a nail treatment I was told they No longer offer it but that I can still have it in 3 visits. I booked & went for the first appointment the lady I had cut into my skin didn’t even apologise was more interested in her phone. I paid & left to call & gently complain. I was told that on my second visit someone will explain the treatment to me & that will have a look at the 3 badly damaged nail. That happened but I was handed back again to the same lady another disaster. I asked her to cancel the 3 appointment which would have been in 4 days time as there are NO nails left to treat she said to me I can call the day before & cancel which I did. The finale for me is the reply text that I received saying as I didn’t cancel 48 hours before hand I will be charged half of the money for the cancelled appointment. Needless to say I will NOT be going back & I will recommend for everyone to think twice before going. Note I asked for the owner more than once all I got she is away. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Today the caring service was reinstated by Magdalena who first apologies for the bad experience I have had arranged for a free treatment & offered to refund the full amount which I have asked for it to be on credit as I will definitely be going back again.thank you
What a lovely salon. Nice background music and well decorated with beautiful flowers. Good prices, lovely service. My feet look and feel a lot better than when I walked in. Holly is very kind, works hard and sees what feet can need. Booked my next one! Can really recommend????
Enjoyed my pedicure from Holly. As a guy that isn’t used to pedicures, she was so chilled and made me feel at ease. Had a great conversation with her during the treatment. Will definitely be back for a massage from Holly.
Magdalena offered to redo my nails again today and it was just wonderful! Thank you for everything and see you again soon ???? ————————————————————— Just slightly over 24 hours since my shellac session yesterday, the coat on my thumb is already flaking up! I had my nail done for a special occasion tomorrow and now it is ruined. I waited a good 20 minutes to be served as my nail artist was busy cleaning up other rooms (not even where I had my nail done). I booked for "pink and white" french nail, but was told they ran out of most pink colors on the day. So I paid £5 extra to do shellac instead, in order to pick from a wider range... the overall finish wasn't as satisfying either...I wasn't going to complain all about this, until my nail just flaked, for something that's supposed to last 2-3 weeks minimal! I've never had such problem before! I always had good experience at this salon, but yesterday was so underwhelming.
