I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. Mark made the entire process of having our extension built so easy, from design, all the way through to completing the build. Mark was honest about his pricing and expected time scales and the quality of his work is excellent. We would definitely use Surrey Extensions again.
The Surrey Extension Company really was a great find! From the moment we met Mark we knew we were dealing with a professional builder with a wealth of experience. Our project - an extension build was managed in a professional and methodical way. Mark provided drawings, advice on submitting plans and then project managed along with building our extension. Mark’s entire team were professional, considerate and polite and this was also commented on by our neighbours. At every step of the way Mark was open and honest about the project and kept us well informed. We moved into our home in 2016 and needed to expand our bathroom and install new furniture. We were fortunate enough to come across The Surrey Extension Company who carried out the work to a very high standard. Since then, Mark and his company have converted our garage into a utility room, installed a garden room and built an extension for a new kitchen. We continue to return to Mark because of his experience, knowledge, valuable advice and trustworthiness. Since he has done so much work for us we are very comfortable with leaving him a set of keys so he can freely get on with the job. All his work is carried out according to the appropriate building regulations and he has obtained council approval wherever necessary. Mark takes a huge amount of pride in his work which shows in the way the job is finished. His attention to detail is something we cannot praise enough and we would highly recommend The Surrey Extension Company.
Mark and his team were great to work with over the course of our 3 month renovation. This involved knocking down walls, adding steel beams and completely renovating our kitchen and utility room. From the start, Mark was helpful and patient in addressing our questions and he was professional throughout, always on time, polite and taking pride in his company’s work. Our quote/pricing was very clear and even when surprise issues popped up (which was not anyone’s fault or if building control wanted more work done than we expected) Mark provided us with options that we always found to be fairly priced. We would very much recommend Mark and would use his services again.
