Also for the way that the team always did everything that they said they were going to do when they said they would do it! I was particularly appreciative of their prompt help in moving heavy deliveries into my property when they arrived. All brilliant as far as I am concerned!
Arben Building Contractors have worked on my property since October last year. They have repaired a leaking flat roof, a chimney breast and more recently transformed my outdoor space with bifold doors and decking. The whole team are professional, personable, communicate well throughout the project and the end result is of a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Ben and Chris have now completed two mid-size projects for us and I can not recommend them highly enough. From beginning to end we felt our house was in safe, reliable hands - so much so that we entrusted them to complete our second project (cellar and side return) whilst we were in Australia! The project management was meticulous and the building works were finished to an exceptionally high standard. Most impressive of all was the fact that they completed on time and remained on budget ! I would advise and recommend any family with young kids, hectic lives to get ABC to do all of your building work. No job is too small or actually too big. They really understand how to provide amazing work and every member of staff ( from their painters/ fitters/ tilers/ builders/ the head of operations, project manager) are professional, polite, respectful and caring. I’ve been alone in the house with four of their male staff and always felt respected and safe. They’ve also always been kind and great with all of my children even when one was really unwell and the building work was delayed. One senior member of staff travelled across London to fix my washing machine door because the engineer couldn’t do it. I’m a mum with 3 young children juggling and needed it fixed. I would recommend ABC to anyone for their work and their professionalism. They renovated and recreated our entire house and it’s a brilliant home. I’m thankful they were recommended to us in the first place so passing it on!
We are based in South Africa and found the Ultimate Dream Team based in London, Arben Building Contractors run by Ben and Chris. We had the pleasure of doing a renovation with them which involved of a lot of scope, changes and extras. The team went far and beyond and the extra mile every time we asked anything.
