Amazing high quality jewellery and excellent costumer service!!! Honestly they are the best. I ordered the heart gold earrings and the swing gold earrings. The company got back to me saying that the last pair of the gold heart earrings they had in stock was damaged so they decided to send it to me for free at no cost and refund me my money!!!! Although one of the pairs is difficult to fasten to the back of the earings, they are still wearable and look very nice. I am in love with all the earrings I got from OneByOne. Ordered an item over the phone with the managing director yesterday around 1600, he was very helpful, polite and even called my number back when we lost reception! He guaranteed next day delivery, 11am this morning the item came in beautifully wrapped and presented. I would recommend this website to anyone. Fantastic service with awesome customer service! John
