I took two luxury watches in that needed fixing/adjusting, this was completed in 30mins. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, also offered that I come in at anytime if the adjustments we not satisfactory, so they could correct free of charge. However, everything was done perfectly. Will definitely be using their services again!
I heard an advert on the radio for this jewellers so popped in with my late mums jewellery collection to try and get some info on it. Harry was amazing! Only a young guy but his knowledge was incredible. I came back the next day and he had written down what it was all worth etc and gave me valuable information all without charging me. Outstanding customer service and a lovely guy. Highly recommended.
