My friend went to look for a watch and dan really helped us alot. With his incredible watch knowledge. He should be promoted. Great service and passion
I went to Ernest Jones to choose a ring but even if there were 2 shop assistants free, they just didnt bother to assist me. Finally I was assisted by a young lady (who was busy before) and I was invited to have a sit to try the rings I wanted to see. As soon as I sat a large blonde assistant and a male colleague of hers looked at me and stated chuckling between themselves. That looked so rude. So basically instead of doing their job they hang around waiting for someone with golden teeth to come in.
Waited for 20 minutes for some help. The staff seem so lazy. When one person became available instead of asking who’s next (which was myself) he attended someone else. Really poor service. I walked out.
