Went with Hunters after a very poor experience with another Worcester Park Estate Agent. Hunters rep Teddy proactively spoke with us to explore our needs and problems so we transferred to them. Unfortunately it did take a while to change estate Agents due to the long tie in clause with the first Agent. Stephen Buffham, Hunters negotiator, worked very hard and secured four viewings within 2 days and managed to secure an offer within our price range. Unfortunately within a days we lost the house we had offered on and financially things became uncomfortable so we had to withdraw our house from the market. Stephen was very understanding.
